I have to admit, I didn’t fall in love with the Pantone’s choice of colours for 2016 when they were first announced. Hence the silence on this topic. The selected colour is supposed to reflect the spirit of the time. Micro Trend: Wire Chairs

There’s a new micro trend on my radar – super cool wire chairs reminiscent of the late 70s and early 80s. Don’t you just love them? Traditionally reserved for outside patios (and I would know as I have fond childhood memories of them that include actual imprints in my flesh), nowadays, these mesh beauties are becoming key interior furniture pieces. A new shopping experience at IKEA

Last week, I was invited to the launch event of IKEA’s ‘Make Room for Life’ project – an initiative aimed at creating a more realistic and inspiring shopping experience for the IKEA shopper.
